Instagram Liker iMacros Script

Here is the iMacros script for liking Instagram posts from your feed: –

var n = parseInt(prompt("Enter the number of posts to like..."));

for(i=1;i<=n;i++)
{
var code="CODE:";
code+="TAG POS=1 TYPE=SPAN ATTR=TXT:Like\n";
if(i%5==0)
code+="URL GOTO=javascript:window.scrollTo(0,document.body.scrollHeight);\n";
code+="WAIT SECONDS=3\n";
iimPlay(code);
}
alert("Liked "+n+" posts!");

Note:- You will need to install Mozilla Firefox and iMacros extension for this script to work.

Just save the file as a JavaScript file in the folder -> My Documents>iMacros>Macros.

  1. I’m getting a SyntaxError: expected expression, got ‘=’, line NaN (Error code: -991) error when running in iMacros. Any ideas?

  2. Hi Vivek! I get a message:

    MacroSyntaxError: unknown command: VAR, line 1 (Error code: -910)
    When starting the macro. And I can only create it by overwriting an old macro, not by creating one myself.. I am pretty new to iMacros, do you maybe have a good guide for me?

    1. Hello Joost!

      Thank you for writing in, but you are saving your macro as an .iim file. For this code to run, you will need to save it as a .js file. To do so, you simply click record and stop recording so that a file is created with the name #Current.iim. Edit this file to copy and paste the code above. Then, rename this file to Instagram-liker.js.

      That is all! I hope it helps. Let me know if this does not work.
